SYSTEMATIZING ASSISTANCE IN THE TREATMENT OF EXCESS OF LIQUID VOLUME OF PATIENTS AT HIGH COMPLEXITY - literature review

Abstract


The nursing staff is directly responsible for the patient Electrolyte Management of highly complex, plays a key role in identifying risk factors for developing complications and preventions. The adoption of classification systems allows the use of a single, standardized language, which facilitates the communication process, the compilation of data for care planning, assists in the development of research in the teaching-learning professional and basically gives scientificity care.
This study deals with a computerized literature search conducted in electronic databases in order to answer the following clinical question: On account of high complexity, which the effectiveness of assistance in the systematization of Electrolyte Management, control and treatment of excess fluid.
Studies have been conducted to bring awareness of the need for nurses nursing care and therapeutic interventions, clinical manifestations, and diagnosis of electrolyte imbalance in critically ill patients.
