PATIENTS WITH SEVERE CARDIAC ARREST: MANAGEMENT SHARES RESUSCITATIVE - Sistematic Literature Review

Abstract


Abstract: Study objectives: Identify the importance of managing the actions of resuscitation in patients with severe heart failure and highlight the role of the nurse in this process. Methods: We performed a systematic literature review, consisting of a computerized literature search for the period 2007 to 2012, the rates of the journals Acta Paulista, Brazilian Journal of Nursing, Journal of the School of Nursing. Results: It was found that management actions resuscitation in critically ill patients with cardiac arrest, it is essential for a good prognosis, however, can not be used in isolation, ruled for all patients, it should be noted preexisting factors PCR so that in this way associated with the management, but they can get benefit to the individual. Discussion: Knowledge of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and the approach to be used in a systematic and agile, are key to a good prognosis when refers to PCR. However, many factors can contribute to the existing success of the procedure or not. Conclusion: The RCP is undoubtedly the main action ae approach to be used in a PCR, however, is not the only issue to be seen, this procedure being surrounded by multiple factors that influence the performance of the maneuver.
