Nursing care to client with chronic disease kidney with anemia - Sistematic Literature Review

Abstract


The anemia is caused by the incapacity of the kidneys to produce amounts enough of eritropoietin. The anemia is a serious consequence of the chronic renal insufficience and the nurse is important to be inserted in the process of therapy against the anemia. The objective was to identify to the scientific production of nursing, determining the best available evidence for the care of the chronic renal customer with anemia. By bibliographical research, recent articles on the subject had been analyzed. We conclude that it is important to offer programs of of orientation and education directed toward self-care and the choice of renal therapy to the individuals that are losing renal function.
